Our Founder | CEO is a Second-Generation Insurance Broker who has created and grown agencies and, over time, developed a company that was recently named one of Houston’s Top 3 Best of the Best Insurance Firms. He started with humble roots, working with his father at 15, filing and moving papers, preparing them for appointments, and typing policies for delivery to title companies. By age 20, Jason managed and developed automation and integrated systems. In November 1999, he began his own Brokerage, committed to serving.
This put his father’s agency as one of the most successful agencies based on production and customer loyalty in the county. At 21, his mother asked him one question that would define the rest of his life and his take on the business. “Why don’t you try this yourself? At that moment, Jason never thought even a consideration and declined the opportunity. Very quickly, Jason’s life started when his mother replied by saying,” What do you have to lose?” This one question defined and created the possibility for everything today. Jason’s purpose and love for the trade did come from a pivotal moment when his father took him to an appointment that ended up being a life insurance claim delivery. His perception of his father merely being an Insurance salesman went entirely out the door. That day he saw his father being of service to another human being when there was a massive change in this widows life. Going home that day, he saw the gift and the real privilege of being in insurance sales. From this one moment, it defined the purpose as you know it today and runs through the core of what IMD does.

Our office is open from 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday and by appointment on Saturdays. Our agents will generally respond by email after hours.

Our Financial division offers Life insurance, Annuities, Be your own bank products for investors, and Pre-need policies for funeral & cremations.
